Rutanio, is a project that seeks to internationalize and accelerate the innovation ecosystem articulated by Ruta N in the city of Medellín, Colombia. The project has continued to move ahead  during the 1st quarter of 2019, as  Katea (official Fluid Chains rep. for  Colombia)  leads the effort to collect feedback from the community, in order to validate technical and business assumptions for the project, as well as a minimum viable product (MVP) .
