Ruta N, Blockchain Centre de Colombia and Fluid Chains have signed an agreement to develop the Blockchain Innovation and Development (CIDB). The CIDB consists of a hub, a lab, an academy and an innovation platform to experiment with distributed ledger technologies , develop capabilities and execute projects. It is a knowledge powerhouse with access to a  vibrant  R&D&i community for collaboration and global reach.
